Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

14-day cancellation period in the EU
If merchandise is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without any special reason required. Just as above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process the return and show it on your account.
